My name is Devon St.Clair Harless. I am 'webbie' living and working in Portland, Oregon.
I’m a 50/50 sort of person. Give me design. Give me development. I fuse different interactive disciplines in my efforts to explore the capabilities of the web.

I've received my Bachelors of Science from The Art Institute of Portland in Web Design and Interactive Media. I specialize in front-end design and development—ranging from OOP Flash development to standards-compliant coding.
Clientele
